The Flash Diet: An Ultra-Simple Way To Lose Weight
May 30th, 2011What if there is a diet where you don’t have to change anything. You just continue what you are eating, it only requires that before you eat anything you take a photo of it. That’s it.
Numerous studies have found that just taking a picture of what you are about to eat will make you conscious about what you are eating. By being conscious about what you eat will allow you to make better choices.
Also you would think twice before taking a photo of a whole bag of chips that you are about to eat.
With smartphones with good cameras it makes it super easy to keep a photo journal. For iPhone I found a good app called dietSNAPS. I’ve been using it for a week now and I really like it.
Try this Flash Diet out for a week. I think it’ll make you more aware of what you eat…
